Rip-off dishonest on rebate

In November we purchased an emachine computer for my boys, the rebate is what caught my attention. On December 13 I sent my rebate off expecting a rebate in 6 to 8 weeks as I was told at Best Buy in Oklahoma City, Okla. I have had no response from anyone. Here it is February 5th, I still have not received my rebate.

I would really like to know what is going on, and when will I get it? To me this is a rip-off, if I have ever heard of one.
