Send computer in for repairs and company has held it for 2 months and now filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy Nampa Idaho

I had purchased a Gateway computer with the extended 4 year warranty. When the computer broke I came to find out that Gateway was no longer responsible but it was now MPC Corp. The company told me that it would take a while to get the parts and I use the computer for business so I waited more than a month to send in the computer. MPC received the laptop on September 3 and to this day, November 7, I have not received the computer.

I have called at least 5 times and got the run-around from each person. I was told they were waiting for parts, their computer systems were down and were unable to track orders, they had the parts and would install them... All different answers from the many people I spoke with. They even went as far to imply that I was lying about when I spoke with someone and what they told me. The women said to me, "Now I'm not gonna call you a liar. But". The last time I spoke with someone was the week of October 27th and was told that someone would contact me by November the 5th with an answer. I just received a voicemail today, 2 days after the date I was told, saying that they have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and that they were unable to do anything until they spoke with the Attorney General. I called them immediately back and to my surprise was unable to get in touch with anyone. It has now been over 2 months that I am without a computer and there is no end in site.

If anyone has more information or is taking any action please let me know.
