Sent check and never recieved product. No phone calls

I ordered my product. A Coby13" color tv with dvd player. They told me to send a check. I did. A couple of weeks later I checked the status of my order. It said they received my check, but I had not paid. I looked on my bank statement and the check was cashed. I tried calling the number, but you could only leave messages. I left about 50 of them with no call back.

I tried e-mailing them and never received anything back. Then I went on their site one day and it said they went out of business and all orders would be refunded within 10 business days. The next day the site was up and running. Now there was no phone number. I e-mailed a few more times. It's been 2 months now and have heard nothing. I know I got ripped off, but I'm still mad. That was $90.00 that I'll never see again.
