Terrible company

It will not freeze and the service that LG provides is terrible! I bought a $1600 fridge freezer in December and it hasn't worked very well for the first two months. We tried to get a repairman and now he has broken it so it doesn't work at all and we have been without a fridge freezer for over two months! All I get when I call is an answering service. The unit is to be replaced, but they didn't say when. That was two months ago! I would recommend you to stay away from LG products. The service is terrible! If I knew then what I know now about LG I would still have my sears! As old as it was, it worked! And I never had to call a repairman on it.
