A Goodmans GDB6 Freeview DTV Receiver review - I bought this unit to replace an ALBA Freeview box which suffered tuner failure, so was not pleased when the Goodmans unit failed with the same problem at just over 1 year old. When I complained to Goodmans, I discovered that they are really Alba Radio Ltd. The moral of this story is DON'T BUY anything made by Alba Radio, even if it is badged Goodmans. Apart from the failures, both boxes were slow to react to controls and both needed frequent rebooting.
