Ought a flat screen tv, Westinhouse from Best Buy. Apparently I was sold a used tv as original and not to mention defective tv. When I called Best Buy to talk to the manager re: this matter, I was told "who gives a damn!", "after a month you are no longer our customer!", "that is what happens when you refuse to buy our extended service plan!". I was even assaulted by the manager when I said I would file a complaint with Attorney General even I was a disabled person. When I called the police, the said they had no camare where the incident happened. However, during a private investigation, their employee gave all the information about the lies told to the police not having camera and even pointed out where the cameras were. When informed best Buy, the refused to respond.
