Watch your phone bill! This is INSANE!

I have been with centennial since 1997 last contract is up... Thank you god!!!

If you look close at your bill each month you may notice that some calls on your bill do not have a date or an item number attached to them but, it does have the number of minutes and usually... Additional charges
plus all the extra charges for going over your plan minutes (if you talk on your phone a lot.)
before today they would credit the account
everybody i talked to today had to "go get the supervisor"???

one person told me i "switched towers"???
(sorry cap-lock on)
Then I was told that the charges list were "Carry-Over minutes"???

Going over combined plan minutes at that exact time of day, at that moment?

It's not the staff's fault at the store everyone was helpful but had not a clue And nobody had a reasonable explanation and declared the charges legit???

Only one wanted to argue about it (which would be a waste of my time) What the heck This is insane!!!
And it get's better... Then I was asked "Do You want to renew your contract???"
(I just about fell out of my chair at this point) Then I was offered a $150.00 credit and 2 new phones

It looked like this

101.0 min-$19.19 $19.19
Item #257-Jul 31-2:47pm - (voice mail)- (T. Location.)- 1.0 min-$0.00 Incl.

If these charges are not a mistake then why can't I get a straight answer?
It just doesn't make sense

2:33 pm to 2:47pm 101 minutes???
They about $50.00 this month alone. I wonder how many customers they have that they do this to each month? Hmmm? Looking forward to any input
