I ordered a Nikon Coolpix S60 camera on September 29th from this company from their online store and paid extra to have it shipped utilizing UPS 3-day shipping (Order# 468106). I did not receive the camera until October 13th, two weeks later, after many emails and phone calls. They came up with all kinds of excuses but would not refund my extra shipping charges. This is a rip-off!
