Defective software NO RETURNS AT CIRCUT CITY

I bought a software package called via voice. Its a talk as it types program. Well the software did not work right. You had to all most yell in to the mic to get it to do anything. Then it would not type the right words. I took it back to curcit city the next day. They informed me that because I opened it I was stuck with it. They could only give me another one inexchange. I said what about your sign that say's satisfaction guaranteed. They told me that that did not include software. I then called the main office. And they gave me the story. This a big rip off. They stand behind nothing and gain everything.
