Terrible customer service

I found their cite while looking for a metal halaide lamp for my new reef, the price was goos so i contacted their customer service asking for shipping price, i got their reply very fast about one day. I decided to order the lamp from them and got it after about one month but when i opened the box i saw that the bulb is defferent than the one described in their cite. I contacted them agin with my problem but now the reply was'nt that fast.in fact it didn't came at all untill i sent another Email and suddenly they dont know who i am and what i orderd. I sent them my receipt details but still no answer. I'm not recommending ordering from this cite, it's worth to pay a few mor buks and order from a bigger known cite.
