Requested telephone, organization sent me it had been on backorder repeatedly despite the fact that site mentioned it had been in-stock. I acquired got fed up with waiting and requested them to stop purchase. They delivered me mail stating they ended my purchase as required which I'd visit a reimbursement on my next charge card statement. Never returned. It's now been 6 months. I've also documented them to my charge card business who stated they'll attempt to help solve the problem. Meanwhile I'm still expecting a return. I've a large number of copies of the emails they delivered me, I've copies of the efforts to get hold of them through their site, and copies of my order standing on the webpage which nevertheless even today suggests that my telephone is expecting order fufillment... It will state purchase was ended. I sent these copies per demand to consumer-protection, greater business agency and my charge card organization in addition to maintaining a collection for my very own documents until this problem is solved when.
