I bought a $200 vaccuum, once it ceased working I attempted to obtain it mounted or changed. The guarantee organization (WCPS of California, Inc.) stated they'd not repair it but change it. Obviously they (without our contract or permission) have selected to changed it having a significantly cheaper vaccuum. I've been battling for more than per month to obtain my vaccuum mounted or atleast changed having a similar kind. This guarantee compnay will not use me. They've obtained my cash and also have provided nothing in return.
