My rca superradio dissapeared

I purchased the radio on 2/08 from Amazon.com. It was a poor performer at best, wityh plenty of reception problems and shorts. The warranty card said to send the radio to Thomson Inc., product exchange center, 11721 B Alameda Ave., Socorro, Tx., 79927. I UPS the radio to them on7/3/08 and it was recieved by them7/7/08 and was singed for by"Sanchez". These people cannot be found, and no phone number exists. I would think that after two months some communication would be called for. I think I was ripped off! On my next trip through El Paso, 10/08, they will meet me face to face.
