Lg Electronics Alltel
Defective phone

I have a lg scoop phone that the screen broke by putting it in my coat pocket with a single life saver candy. Alltel will not give a new phone they saythe warranty is void because of the broken screen. L.G. Pretty much said they dont belive me that the screen would break just because of a peice of candy in my pocket and tell me they will fix it for 100 bucks! Beware of these phones with only 1 screen on it I will never again buy a phone with the only screen ever again. How many others have had these kind of problems with not only lg but any phones out there I finally got ahold of corprate lg and they want to see the phone will update when i get a ansewer from L.G.
