They charged me $66.85 and I was told it was a free trial for30 days, and no #on the web of to call I am on Disability my funds are very limited

I am so sorry to have to write this, because I feel very stupid. I ordered a product on the TV called magicjack, and this was suppose to save alot of money on my phone bill.

I am very Ill and I try to save money any way I can, but I checked my checking account and a charge for $66.85 is on there from magicjack.com and of course no number like most companies, just the city, West Palm Beach, Fla. I even looked a their web site and it says talk to live person, boy was that a lie.

I hope this will help me, I do not like to complain but being sick and living on a very tight buget is hard. I guess it is my fault for ordering something that I thought would save me money.

Now I have to go to my bank and get embarassed and figure out how to handle this, because I have alot of bills taken out of this account.

I am so sorry to have bother you about this, on TV and the phone it say 30 days free, the number is 1-800-752-3132, but no number to call customer service and no live person like it says on the web site. I new something was wrong. When I couldn't find there address, or a contact #.
