SCAM Ripped OFF Internet

Do Not order from this or any site selling PS3's for 34.99!!! Apparently they are all from the same scam artist!

Single mom, was trying to find an affordable PS3 for my son's B-Day gift.

My credit card was charged, but like others, I never received the game, having waited 5 weeks now! Not only that, no one is available via the phone number listed. Simply a voice recording, with no call back. I did the tracking via the web site that you are referred to on the automated voice system to only receive" there is no information on your order". I have emailed the quasi company since 8/14/08 after placing and paying for my order on 8/6/08. I have never received a response.
I currently working with my bank to see if we can do a charge-back.

Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to hit this missing target. They keep changing website and company names.

What can be done to put these criminals behind bars???
