I found him advertising his goods in a website and wrote him i'm interested on some of this products. He said once payment has been sent I can have my package via UPS in 48hrs max. So i payed up and sent him a scanned copy of the receipt. Then he emailed that there was a mis-shipment, instead of shipping just 2 units as ordered, it was 5 units. And due to there mistake, they ask only for the payment of 4 units, some sort of a discount.in which I'd agreed to help them since he sounded sincere. After full payment was made, I've ask for the tracking number of the package he sent. Said will send it asap.

Never heard from him again...
