Can anybody please inform me why Verizon / Verizon wireless has such terrible customer support?

We've attempted to alter to Vonage plus they gave us issues. We have named about payment problems for the web/dried cycle and period and time again I'm attached to an individual (after moments and moments of automatic nonsense) in BOMBAY, ASIA! We require customer support individuals who obviously talk and obviously comprehend the English language.

Once they do connect with somebody in america they've perceptions, commonly are not useful or do not follow-through on guarantees. I do want to record a proper criticism, if it has not yet been completed through greater forces. Several friends and relatives have comparable grievances yer we permit these folks to create our lives miserable. Why? Simply because their COMMUNITY is trusted? NO!
