I bought a refrigerator from Loweis in August of '07 for my new house.in August of '08, the temp on style #RB215LABP was joining something about the display/show outside the refrigerator, but creating another temp inside & a cold temperature& broke eggs, iced milk, beverages bursting... It had been chaos... I unplugged and also the temp modified. However in July, when I submitted a with Samsung, the ice-maker quit operating, and since end-of September, the temperature within the refrigerator and fridge comes and moves... Down and up... I never understand whatis likely to occur... Even while, I Have tried 2 servicemen who have been a zero show, or too hectic, and following a 3rd endeavor (ORGANIZATION), he was nearly a zero show... He comes, calls some Samsung repetition and after informing them what I TOLD HIM was happening (I might have completed this months before myself when they might simply let you know the amount), he orders a control panel, and fresh ice-maker... 3 months later, I am still waiting and a week ago discovered this company restoration organization SAMSUNG CREATED ME UTILIZE, owes Samsung cash... So that they wont deliver him OUR COMPONENTS to correct my refrigerator! How insane is the fact that??? I am being tried for that sins of the support restoration guy THEY SUGGESTED I should utilize... And he owes them cash... So I've TO HOLD BACK! Lastly nowadays they inform me I'll need to delay another week 5, and he or she'll place in a "demand" to get a replacment/trade... What? Are you insane? Like I'd like this to occur annually from today once again??? This Really Is crazy! Plus they believe you are insane when you let them know this?!?!?! SO WHAT CAN I REALLY DO TO OBTAIN MY MONEY-BACK... Never ever purchase a samsung something!!!
