Poor quality product

I've a-2 year-old GE Account alongside fridge. I arrived home and discovered the heat was 113 degrees F inside. There's a heat indicator which did study 113 degrees. Centered on how warm anything was, in my opinion it was appropriate. As peculiar because it appears to me, the fridge then abruptly began working again.

The purpose is there has to be a style defect within this fridge. I'm looking to get GE to deliver somebody out to-go within the program and atleast show me how this occurs, no support individual accessible, obviously. Unsure how frequently I will anticipate this type of thing happening...
