Bluetooth Enabled Phone not actually blue tooth capable

If you are thinking about getting one of the prepaid cell phones that this company offers let me give you a warning. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, and the phones that they offer that supposedly are bluetooth enabled are not so. I really wanted to purchase a phone that I could use to link to my friends and recieve ringtones and graphics like others I know do so when I saw that Tracfone had a new motorola with bluetooth I jumped at the opportunity. I read all the information on the phone so I could make an informed decision and then paid 60 something bucks and ordered the phone. The phone arrived and I tried to activate it but first the sim card was wrong for my area code so I had to have another card sent. Customer Service didn't care that my phone wouldn't work and I could barely understand them because of them mumbling when I asked to talk to someone else or a supervisor they wouldnt let me he just kept repeating something I couldnt understand. So after 5 days I got another card and activated the phone when I had a visit from a friend I was excited to try out the bluetooth and get some cool ringtones. We tried linking them and nothing happened her phone could not detect mine and I couldnt detect hers. So I called customer service once again to no help at all.

The first guy told me "oh yes it has bluetooth, id be happy to assist you, let me update my supervisor... Then he would come back and after two words he would need to update his supervisor. Finally I got out of him that the bluetooth would work I wasnt doing it right and to look on the internet for directions. So much for tech support, huh? The next time I called The guy told me that I needed to go to KMART and buy software for my phone? I asked to speak to his supervisor and he then explained to me what I suspected all along Tracfone has actually disabled bluetooth linking on their bluetooth enabled phones, you can only use them to link up to headsets for handsfree use. No ringtones, no connecting to bluetooth car or anything. The website is completely missleading it never says that at all. Calling this phone bluetooth is a complete lie and the company should be made to take that claim off the boxes and their site. I sent mine back for a refund but who knows if Ill ever get me money back or not.
