Products die then customer service lousy

This is actually the next whirlpool item that's died inside the guarantee period. The very first one was a that died just a few weeks after I purchased and today my hot water heater quit operating 3 days before. What's worse I've been waiting on-hold permanently for Whirlpool customer support to inform me wherever my "free" alternative component (that I taken care of following day delivery and so I might have a warm bath) is. I'm planning on 30-min waiting about the telephone at this time which is absurd. This is my last Whirlpool item I purchase actually. I'd suggest that you simply avoid them aswell.
