Promises a refund if the system doesn't work, but makes it impossible to get your money back

I purchased a $744 cell phone solution from this company with the promise that if the system did not solve my problem I could send the equipment back (providing the "dog hadn't chewed it") for a full refund. Within three days of receiving the merchandise I called to tell "Jerry" that it did not significantly improve my signal, and certainly not enough to allow me to work on my air card.
"Jerry" tried to upsell me. After several phone calls I determined that he was never going to take the equipment back and I called my credit card company to file a chargeback.
After a 3-way dispute phone call, "Jerry" called me and gave me his initials "JRW" and said "there, you can use that as your RMA number.
He has had the equipement for two weeks and still has not credited my account.
Additionally, there was absolutely NO PAPERWORK, not an invoice, not an email, NOTHING. Also, the equipment was drop-shipped from another company not in New York. I first called them and they had no record of my purchase, but when they tracked the shipment back, it tracked back to a purchase by Jerry.
If you try to return your equipment "Jerry" will go on the attack. You are no longer a "customer", you are the enemy. He accused me of lying when I told him that I had the equipment up for only three days.
He's smooth as butter when he wants to sell you something, but if it doesn't solve the problem, his personality changes entierly.
My credit card company is STILL trying to resolve the dispute.
