Protron has TV for repairs longer than we had it

We purchased our 42" Protron TV from KMart and it had a flaw on the screen. KMart did not have a replacement TV so we elected to deal with Protron directly. First mistake!
We shipped the TV to their facility in CA at our expense in March. They never called us. We have called them long distance mulitiple times to find out the status of repairs. They have had our TV over 4 months now. They keep promising to ship it but it hasn't been returned yet. Now they tell us it will be shipped in August. Yeah, right!
Likely, we will be taking legal action against Protron Digital if they continue to keep our TV captive. Meantime, don't buy any product from this company or with the Protron label or they may rip you off, too!
