These people are dishonest their product is substandard and their customer service horrible

I ordered a magicjack and it fell apart in less than a month. When I contacted the company to get a replacement, they kept giving me the run around. They claimed that they will email me within 24-48 hours to resolve the issue. I have never heard from them. They have not hesitated to lie on more than one occasion and they waited until the 30 passed for return before they told me I couldn't return the product. The bottom line is that I paid 50 dollars for a product which is poorly designed, didn't work most of the times and the company's service is so substandard that their legitimacy is called into question.

I will not advise anyone to buy anything from this company. They will take your money and run. When something appears too good to be true, just accept that it is a run like the wind. Magicjack.com and Ymax communications are theives.
