How do i contact about the prize money i won and about my camera

I was sent a letter in the mail saying i have money waiting for me then i was suppose to send 25-00 dollars to recieve it i sent the money and then i was swnt another letter saying i need to send more money. I was also sent a omni digital camera with no cords for audio and the only thing I got was the disk and the upc cord also the camera but i cant record... I am jsut trying to figure things out. I believe i also have an email saying i won money but i have never reieved it...
