We tried often to contact there workplace by phone but nobody actually replies. I've many metro pcs take into account decades. Among the last city i purchased (zdm 7025-m) is faulty doesn't wish to charge the battery. I went personally the the above area, i had been adviced they didn't have any before following date to return after 10:00 am. We went thereafter 3:00 pm i had been told the devices however they weren't within the program, to return in about one-hour, whenever we returned very rudely we were told they didn't have sufficient time to put the phones within the system to return the following day. The client service there's very poor, we've spend fuel and time to go there three times but still the telephone isn't working and it is under warranty we bought the telephone 02/20/08. We're an extremely unsatisfy client with that office in hialeh, california. Thanks for the period.
