Total Protection Plus
They are billing me for services I don't want or need

Electronics and household app.

The other day I was on the computer and went to a website that had a lot of pages selling things that I didn't want. I had to check off a lot of boxes saying I didn't want the items being offered and apparently I missed a box and inadvertently was signed up for "Total Protection Plan". They did send me an email confirming my signing up and a phone number to call.

Had I not looked at this email I would have been charged $12.95 a month and be billed automatically on my phone bill! This service is designed to allow friends, family and business associates to leave me unlimited messages and the calls are toll free for me and everyone else. There is no contract and the service can be cancelled at anytime, fortunately.

I think they way they operate is underhanded and very sneaky! They get you to sign up through various websites in a way that should not be allowed.

Thanks for listening.
