Dishonest conduct

S.I. Filed bankruptcy in February 08. I'd a camera alternative contract bought just before BK. I approached SI in May 08 to determine when they were likely to recognition replacement guarantee. They suggested they'd and supplied an RMA UPS shipping tag to come back the broken camera that we did. They suggested we'd get the new alternative camera in early July once they acquired a cargo. After I did not notice from their store by mid-June, I named them where period they explained they'd not be delivering a brand new camera and that I would need to document a state using the BK judge. Therefore today they've my camera that they WOn't return and certainly will not recognize their dedication that was created following the BK processing. I believe that probably constitutes fraud.
