Charging me $400 for early termination fee, which is wrong I have contract Info!

I was a loyal Sprint customer for 4 years having gone through 2 contracts at 2 years each. I was starting to speculate on some of the charges on my bill because it seemed like every month my bill went up a bit more. I started to keep a closer watch on my usage but still they said that I would go over my minutes, so I was like whatever. My wife and I were also experiencing a lot of dropped calls as well. So I knew my contract was up in April so I decided to shop around and find another mobile service provider.

I went ahead and signed up with a great company called USCellular, in which by the way has excellent customer service as for Sprint, the worse customer service I have ever experienced! It almost seems like they want to loose your business they always never admit fault!

To make a long story short, they are now saying that my contract was till November and not April when I clearly have it written on my contract agreement saying April! I have 2 lines on this account so they are charging me $200 per line! I even went to the store that I purchased the new phones at and they don't have any record of me coming in November plus the manager even called Sprint for me and couldn't get them to budge.

So I'm gonna fight this through because they are probably doing this to many other customers and it's Fraud! I'm even considering talking to my lawyer to file a class action lawsuit against this terrible company! Stay away from sprint they are terrible to deal with and they will rob you blind!!!
