Poor service

AC Appliance repair in the Plano Richardson area of Texas, did an air conditioner replacement. They left the condensation drain disconnected.By the time I realized what had happened we had 1000's of dollars worth of damage. They would not even send someone out to look at it. They claimed no responsibility without even looking. The office manager I spoke to was rude to me and obnoxious. I contacted a lawyer but was told that by the time I was able to get anything done I would have spent more that the damage that had occurred. Let me repeat they never even bothered to look at the damage.
