High interest sharks

I am a state employee and purchased a Dell computer on the employee purchase plan. I have made all my payments on time and always over the minimum amount. I recently called Dell Financial to ask about getting an interest rate lower than there 28.99% and was told that there are no programs available for a lower rate. I find this very upsetting that our corporate base has become so money hungry and no longer cares about the working man that builds their company through purchases. What has happened to the loyalty from the American Corporations to help their fellow Americans. Once my system is paid off I will not buy another item of any kind from Dell on their credit plan. Buyers beware of their credit offers. You will pay for your purchase several times over if you accept the credit.
