Caution!!! Don't buy something from Sears!!! I bought the Kenmore Elite stainless fridge with ice-machine in Sept. 2006. Within that point the ice-machine needed to be changed 6 times. It essentially smashed every a few months. There customer support is completely terrible. They provide you with the runaround about anything as well as their support individuals are really rude and simply sell you issues. They explained since I have had a lot of issues with this they were likely to substitute everything but what I'd to complete was have yet another support phone that we did where-as the service-man instructed them that it all over again was damaged and needed to be changed. Afterwards no body delivered my calls because they had guaranteed to complete and that I was informed that their "one-source" division no further recognized the Sears shop that I bought my refrigerator from so that they were shutting the situation. Exactly what a headache. I advise all customers to prevent Sears no matter what. I'm also confirming them towards the BBB due to their horrible business methods. They ought to not have the ability to escape with tearing people down such as this.
