After buying a blackberry curve and using it for a month, the keyboard stopped working. The insurance told me I have to pay 50.00 and wait because they don t know when this phone will be available. I don t know if it was backordered because of technical problems with the device or what, but I think the costumer should be informed and the one in my case should have some kind of priority because they don t even return my money back so I can get another phone.
