The Radioshack in Valley West, Arcata employs smug and unhelpful employees that don't know much are more interested in a sale than the customer's needs

I rarely see a woman working there. It's all young men who don't smile and seem to be reciting a script when dealing with customers. It isn't genuine. They act like people are just ruining their day by coming in with questions and buying things. They are not friendly. I always leave there with a strange feeling, like I've just dealt with robots instead of humans. They really need to get some enthusiasm and eye contact. A smile or REAL attempt to help would be appreciated. It has been bad there for years but lately even worse. I'm not going there again.
