Cell Phone ripoff

I was taken by this company back in 2005.By 2006 they were "theoretically" Out Of Business. Are they still operating under this name? I know that they are related to several other companies down there in Miami, but I did not know how closely. I have contacted the Florida State Attorney but little seems to have been done. I would really like to know if they are still trying to pitch the cell phone deal or not and if anyone has a contact number. Also, if there is a movement to go after these guys let me know.
