No customer service and impossible to contact. Sent me the wrong item!

After doing some price comparison research I ordered an Ezonics EPen from this company as it had the best price. After a rather slow delivery process I the item I received was a different model than the one pictures/listed on their website www.computerpartsdiscount.com. I have emailed this company 8 times over the last 3 weeks without a reply. I have called their customer service number only to encounter their voice mail and leave messages the go unreturned. They do have a live chat option on their site that looks impressive at first until you actually try to use this option and realize that it doesn't work either. Based on my experience, this company's service ends once they have your money and have mailed you an item (even if it's not the item you paid for). I would recommend all to stay clear of this site unless you want a major head ache.
