I keep getting a statement from Run declaring that I owe them over $400 to get a telephone that I never requested, obtained, or taken care of since none of the above mentioned has actually occurred.

I'm worried that it'll ultimately continue my credit history and that I have experienced my support with Cricket since actually, my entire family has Cricket.

I'm on impairment and on the fixed-income and that I can't appear to cope with to these folks that I never requested or obtained a telephone through their organization.

Is there something I will do to solve this therefore it does not wind up on my credit history since that's unjust because of no-fault of my own personal.
