Terrible service!

I bought a Jitterbug for my aged parents. I had been guaranteed shipping by December 22 and was billed one more $20 for such; clearly for Holiday. Did not appear. That's not the issue however. The feature with this item is the fact that is "aged helpful". They guarantee a "useful owner" about the different aspect of the zero key. I named, really pleasant like, and talked with Becky at 8:49PM on Dec 22 at 800-733-6632. Oh My Lord! Becky may be the LAST individual I actually need my parents talking with, crisis or no disaster. Mean-Spirited can be an exaggeration. Luckily I settled with Amex and so I may simply challenge the cost and decline it when it will appear.in case your parents are like my parents they simply wont utilize it if it's an unpleasant or demeaning knowledge; they're currently timid to demand aid because it is.
