Internet Site I ATE THEIR PRODUCT! No response for a return authorization, even after 6 phone calls and two chat sessions

I ordered a flip video camera to place video on you tube ($149.00). Somehow the website produced two identical sales and both were paid for using Pal-Pal.

After I noticed two seperate emails for charges, I went online and called the sales line at wolfcamera.com. The responder said to just "not accept one of the packages from FedEx" I told him I would try and I would also put a note on the front door to leave only one package. As it turned out two seperate deliveries were used and I received both packages.

Again I called and requested a return authorization which they said I would receive in a couple of days. (I was starting to panic as according to the website, I had only 10 days to return the item)

Two days later... No return authorization. I called again, and again and again with the same response!

Do not order anything from wolfcamera.com if you think you may have a problem with the product!!!

You just ate it!
