AT&T charged me for things that i didn't purchased

AT&T mobility is charging me for something that i didn't purchased. I have a family plan of 1400 minutes for 3 cell phones, the whole plan is $125 with taxes. On February 25th one of the phones was taken away to the police as an evidence to a judiciary case, and the phone hasn't been used since then and the AT&T Mobility still charged me $150 for downloads and purchases i didn't do because the phone was sealed at the police. I called them and talked to a manager and i told him to send me information about the purchases from February 25th since now. But he said that he won't send me the information, but he said that he will give me $150 credit for the next month (May).in May instead of sending me the detailed information about what i asked, they didn't charge the claimed phone for purchases and downloads, but they charged me for the other 2 phones with $350 more for purchases and downloads, but both of the phones were suspended. I only asked for an investigation about the charges that they charged me, but the manager's answer that he doesn't do that.
