MagicJack.com had a chance to do the right thing. But they Didn't

Back in March I responded to a Television ad for the Magic Jack product. I saw a Free 30-day Trial and figured why not. Plus i wanted the best deal so I got the 5 Year Service Plan, of course. After I signed up for the Magic Jack, I got an email that said, "You Cannot Cancel this purchase". Well being relatively smart, i new that meant trouble. But i quickly shrugged it and waited for the product to arrive. Si get my MagicJack in the mail and go to hook it up. Download the Software and give it a try. The software comes on and then quickly crashes. So I get on the tech chat and ask them what to do. Of course they have no idea, except for to tell me that the Magic Jack is not compatible with most CD Burning Software and they tell me to uninstall all of my CD Burning software. Which of course i didn't do, I disconnected the Magic Jack and it is now a permanent fixture in my office.
On march 31 I was debited $49.95 for the service plan, which now i would not be using, and because I was chalking this thing up I didn't worry. Not the first worthless thing i have bought. This is where it got really rough, on 4-30, I was at the market and my debit card gets denied. I was surprised because i knew i had money in the account. So i go home and check my account online and see that magic jack has two separate transactions against my account for 46.90 each. Well, I new that was an error so I get back on the chat and was told there is nothing they can do and I would have to speak to my bank. I explained that they could reverse one of the fees and it wouldn't be a problem. They told me i would have to have my bank do that because they could help me. And was hung up on. So I call my bank and they told me, we can't do anything once a hold is placed until the debit transaction clears. So here i am knowing that I have outstanding checks that would have cleared had it not been for the double charge and no money to go deposit to help myself. So i am left to wait out the pending disaster which is inevitable. So, on 4-31-08 two checks that I have outstanding hit my account and get bounced, leaving $50.00 in fees and to people that are not gonna be happy. I am fuming to say the least, I get on the chat again and the escalation manager promises me that I will get a refund immediately or within 24-48 hours. Well that didn't happen of course, Mr Henok Teklehaimanot" Henok. Teklehaimanot@ymaxcorp.com emails me (on Friday) of course and says, i don't see any problems with your account please send proof of this overcharge. So i send back an email with the charges straight off my account and proof of the overdraft. He ignores my email until next Thursday.in the meantime the checks come through again and cost me another $50.00 in overdraft fees. He say in the next email that he is sorry for the mistake and grants me a refund. Approximately 2 days later i check my account and see a refund for $46.90, but nothing for the overdrafts. I guess i should not have paid anyone but them i guess. So i am now with a magic jack that doesn't work and $100.00 in overdraft fees for a problem they could have solved in 10 miuntes.
