Scam and fraud!

My contact with this guys was last March when I needed to purchase the Motorola A780 Smart phone. I am not a USA resident, I live in the Caribbean so I inquired about international shipping rates to my area. I got the figure by return email same day. I went online and completed the order and subsequently obtained a reference number for my order. I choose for my method of payment to send them an International Money Order via Usps Mail service, mainly to ensure that they receive the money in a reasonably short time and that some one would sign the mail receipt. So far all the above went well, but that was all that was well with that transaction. Here comes trouble.

Eight days past and I was not contacted in no way shape or form to indicate that my order had been shipped.

After about day ten I called up the Company, and the guy who answered, a Musbashi Shethwela promptly informed me that they won't accept the International Money Order because in the past they had difficulty cashing those. I was by then begining to get angry with this guy. For the next three days or so I called him up trying to convinced the guy that the IMO was bons fida and he had and obligation to ship my order since he had my payment. But the guys mind was made up and even promise to send me back the money order. Dos'nt that sound familiar.

In the ensueing tyraid that continued between the guy and I, he even further suggested that I send him the money again this time via Western Union. Consumers beware do you see the purpose and pitfall right there. This guy intention was even to collect twice for the same one purchase.

I could go on and on with the bare details but I stand the chance of boring those of you reading this, so here is the long and short of this report.

I was scammed. Musbashi Shethwela who owns the company Bombay Electronics and Bargainoffers both.com company's never returned the IMO, and never shipped the product. And interestly enough all emails to him inquiring about the shipment remaines unanswered. I called him once about why he was not responding to my many emails, he responded by saying that he did not see them, so they must have passed off as spam. Can you believe these guys!

Consumer beware, these guys are professional scammers. If you live outside the USA dont send those guys money... For nothing.

I am ashamed to admit that I was scammed; but by reporting this I hope and can save someone else the same predicament.
