Credit card theft scam victimized many consumers

This company offered satellite access to Quadrngle Apts in Houston, but failed to service and were ousted by management. They said DTV boxes were not their property, but that of DTV (free to them) and transferred to new service providers. Two days later, they charged $250 to cards of all residents (about 200). Returned unit on 10/24. Now 11/14 & not only no credit, but their national service # is disconnected. No way to contact.

The retail price of these boxes is $50 anywhere or free with DTV. This company has over $50,000 of residents money and fails to return. They paid nothing for these boxes. I waited 3 weeks for the box because THEY said that they only got so many/month free and would have to PAY for one (on initial service). BEWARE of tv services who want your card #.
