Ibuypower.com Registered To: 5-10 business days was a week ago where's my $3300 computer?

Not happy at all...

Placed order for high end custom gaming system

I think ok it'll take a couple weeks for it to complete the build I should get 2 day shipping...

Placed order...

Waited...

2 days later I call to tell them I had been charged but didn't receive a confirmation email of my order... No offer to resend one or anything just a "you'll get an email when it ships" I think uh oh...

Oh and also they put this order into Fraud because my mom's card and my address... My address is on her card already as an alt...

They don't process the card until the 9th ok 2 day delay... No biggie I think...

Well after 9 days passes without any update on their site... I call back... To find out what was going on... And like magic it didn't take 20 minutes for them to update their website with what I was told on the phone..." Materials required gathered. Proceeding to assembly." I think ok great it will ship soon...

Mind you this is the 18th... I ordered on the 7th, if you don't count the partial day of the 7th it would have been the 9th business day... I say to myself ok just wait out the weekend it will ship monday...

I call monday afternoon after no email...

"they're still working on it should ship this week"

Tuesday afternoon

"they're still working on it, should ship tomorrow"

Wednesday afternoon

I remind the rep I was told it should ship that day and that even if they don't count the 2 days THEY held the order in their 5-10 business days that it had surpassed that timeframe... He says
"I will give you overnight shipping... I think ok... So their customer service is terrible but maybe just maybe I might get a functioning computer out of this... Let alone a nice high end puter I spent over $3000 on... So now it is thursday, made anoter daily call and this time went a little differently...

The second guy tells me (after the first one put me on hold for 20 minutes only to disconnect me, without notifying me of the hold first btw...)

Anyway. Second guy says... It's main hold up now is they are waiting on parts I say what parts... They say you ordered green card reader they need to paint it... I call total BS on this one but I play along... I so OH YEA? Should state on your website that when you order certain items offered that they may delay your order... He says it will speed up the process if you get black ones... Again I call BS and dunno what to do about the green neons in the case...

Still no tracking info or anything... They've been collecting interest on my money for 3 weeks and the longer this process takes the more reviews I get to write:)
