Digitel in the Philippines charges for services not required. When applying for an ADSL connection, documents are provided, and you are instructed to sign and agree.
The company representative comes to connect two lines, and we go and enquire as to why two lines are installed. Oh sir the second line is free as part of the package.
Then the Bill comes for services not required, being a all you can use line between Angeles and Manila, for P6,000 per month. We make a total of P6 per month calls to Manila, why would we want this service, and why do they not declare it when you are signing up for the service?
Obviously it is out and out Fraud.
