If you didn't order a DVD Headrest system... They will send one anyways and make you pay for it to boot!

The sister store that owns us has sent a memo out never to order anything from Invision Industries, Inc. Again. The other store in Kentucky had "what Invision calls a signature authorization form with our ops manager name on it", and they sent our sister store two (2) headrest DVD systems that were never ordered ($1295 each x 2) and when we sent them back they were refused by Invision. The signature form that they have is a very dangerous form so beware if you are asked to sign and fax back one of these forms. I find this very illegal and fraudulant and it seems that no one there will give any answers as to why we were sent these systems. If you ever send anything back to them, you must have an RA # and send it back to their manufacturing plant in Orlando. The address is as follows: 3001 Directors Row, Orlando, FL 32809.
