Scammed on shipping and handling

Purchased replacement screen for $35.00, good price, but was accepted by seller. Was Charged $28.50 for shipping. Took 9 days to get here. Picked up at post office, having to pay $13.50 extra. REASON: Seller (elite-auctions), turned a Priority shipping box inside out, trying to pay for parcel shipping when we were charged for priority.in an email, he said to send it back, check the store/items - return fees, restocking... Also, no time to send back, MY customer complaining.

Now he refuses to re-imburse, saying that we are ignorant asses. HE GOT HIS MONEY, and then some. Now they are trying to justify it by saying how good of a deal I got, compared to other sellers. CON.

It doesn't matter how good of a deal it was, they accepted the offer, and was paid according to the terms on their site.

Now getting emails telling me I'm an ignorant *ss. Just because I do not buy much from ebay doesn't give these sellers a right to get over. FACT: We paid for S H. If there were any problems, it was the sellers responsibility to make sure that package arrived safe, with no extra charges to Us.
