Fradulent merchant-send a damage item, and tryied to blame ups and after that me. The said item was full of roaches and horribly durty

We trusted this merchant to sell us a piece of equipment, and he sent a piece of junk broken, durty, and with palmetto bugs walking out of it. Then in a obsene matter he proceided to blame UPS and my self for the condition of the item trying to deceive me the whole time. I contacted Bank of America consumer protection dept. And had all charges removed from my Visa, and more over he has been reported with the BBB.
