I'm another victim, they took my money, $8600, did physical damage to my building & left me with a mess that I'm paying others to clean-up. For over a month I got excuse after excuse why they failed to show-up to fix things. I've got ragged holes in new ceilings with cables hanging out of them, connectors that fall apart if you breath on them and none of the remote access internet connectivity that I paid for.
